• The Benmari type cooking vessel is dome type and curved.
  • Products are cooked with ambient pressure.
  • It is used for not very high capacity products.
  • A vapor wall is formed with U winding in the part between the inner body and the inner boom.
  • The boiler is bedded on two sides parallel to the ground and a motor is attached to one side and the tilting process is carried out by means of this.
  • The mixing motor is connected to the upper side of the boiler and there is a wing type mixing group.
  • The material is AISI 304 quality stainless steel.
  • Steam inlet and outlet are made with flex pipes.
  • There is a ball steam valve at the steam inlet.
  • The steam pressure to be used in the boiler is max. 3 bar.
  • The boiler will be protected with a safety valve against overpressure.
