• KURTSAN Brine Filling, in the part where filling is done;

• filling box that can move up and down on the top,
• anti-splash plates on the sides,
• transition chamber for brine flow from the band edge to the bottom,
• heated brine chamber with U serpentine in the lower part 
• this system is equipped with a stainless steel centrifugal pump that provides continuous fluidity.
• The cans and jars filled with product enter the KURTSAN Brine filling belt and come out as cans and jars filled with product and brine.

• There is a float in the brine inlet part and in front of the heated brine bottom chamber.
• Material brine filling section is AISI 316 quality stainless steel.
• Belt length is 3000 mm and belt speed control is available.
• The band will be manufactured in stainless steel link band type.
