Depending on the condition of the product, the inner chamber and sieve part of the palper with a capacity of 500 - 1000 kg / hour are made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel sheet.
Palper tomatoes, apples, apricots, sour cherries, cherries, plums, olives, etc. It separates the seeds and shells of the products and turns them into puree.
In the inlet hopper, there will be shaft bars to prevent coarse materials (crates, sacks, etc.) from entering. The product will be pushed into the palper with a small screw.
Sieve hole diameter will be notified by you. There is 1 rotor in the middle part of the sieve and 3 scraper wings are connected to this rotor.
There are hard plastic materials on the part where the wings touch the sieve. The product is squeezed towards the sieve with these scraper blades and while the pulp passes through the sieve holes to the outer part, the shell and seeds are taken out by the outlet.
The rotor is driven by 1 5,5 kW motor and the motion is transferred by belt and pulley system. The shells and kernels at the outlet will be taken by you with a case.
The product pulp will come out from the centre bottom of the palper and will be collected by a tub or trolley.
