Description

• KURTSAN surface dewatering oven is used to remove the water on the product after the washing process.
• In surface drying, the water on the surface of the products is removed only by means of fans without heating and the products such as olives are transferred to the lubrication unit.
• The surface dewatering line is integrated and capable of providing continuous flow.
• Thanks to its design, the machine ensures that the products are turned upside down at least once during drying.
• The surface drying process is provided at the same rate without damaging the products. 
• All metal parts of the line in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 quality stainless material.
• It can be easily assembled and disassembled with modular band.
• The drive motor reducer group is speed adjustable and the belt speed can be controlled according to the product capacity and desired features.
