Description

It is used for washing and sterilization of incoming empty jars or cans before filling.
The holder part can be easily and quickly adjusted according to the diameter of the jars or cans (51 mm - 180 mm) fed.
In KURTSAN JAR & BOX WASHER, there is no need for any tivist to turn it upside down after the inlet and feed it to the line with the mouth upwards at the outlet. This process is done with plastic holder chains.
Holder chains driven from both sides grasp the jars and turn them 180º upside down, the machine is washed and sterilized with water and steam collectors located at the base.
In addition, with 1 blower, pressurized air is pumped into the jars to dry them as much as possible.
At the inlet of the machine, there will be 1 jar feeding belt and 1 jar discharging belt at the outlet of the machine.
It allows intervention to the machine with its covers in different directions and there are mica glasses to see inside the machine.
The machine will be completely made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel materials except plastic parts.
The machine will have a total installed electrical power of 9 kw.
