Description
- At the outlet of the machine, there is an elevator belt with conveyor wings, which takes the products out of the water.
- A total of 9 sprinklers in 2 separate units were placed on the sloping side of the band towards the outlet for final rinsing.
- Pressurized air is pumped through air collector pipes connected to a fan located on the side of the machine, and the water in the hopper is fluffed up so that the sludge and similar impurities on the product are poured out.
- In addition, with the wings attached to the hopper, the products that remain on the water are advanced and directed to the outlet.
- The machine is made of AISI 304 quality stainless steel.
